Strawberry

Strawberries are a rich source of Vitamin C, and an excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper and magnesium.



Here are some of the medicinal properties of strawberry:
  • Antioxidant: Strawberries are rich in phytonutrients which make it an excellent anti-oxidant. This high antioxidant power protects the body from free radicals.
  • Healthy Heart, Cancer Prevention: The phenol content in them makes them a heart-protective fruit and an anti-cancer fruit.
